Founding Partner Program · Planned Paid Beta

Intake that doesn’t ask your clients to relive it.

Help shape SAFEBRIDGE AI as a founding partner. We are building trauma-informed intake with client choice, regulation skills on screen, and meaningful human oversight, and we are inviting a small group of clinicians, practices, and organizations to evaluate it.

We’re now collecting expressions of interest for our founding partner beta. Pricing will be shared with partners once finalized. No payment or product access is available through this page.
Our Mission

Client-first intake, with clinicians in oversight.

SAFEBRIDGE AI is a trauma-informed intake platform with grounding and regulation skills on screen, clinician oversight behind it, and the client in control of the whole intake process.

Our mission is to advance behavioral healthcare through trust, innovation, and accountability. We build clinically grounded, trauma-informed technology that puts client safety first, keeps qualified clinicians responsible for clinical decisions, and gives healthcare leaders the transparency they need.

We support clinicians and healthcare organizations with intake solutions, meaningful human oversight, and transparent clinical governance.

Our Approach

A trauma-informed framework, with clinicians making the clinical decisions.

SAFEBRIDGE AI is in development. What follows describes how it is designed to work and what the prototype demonstrates.

01

Client-first intake

Intake is built around the client’s experience first, in plain language, with the provider’s oversight behind it.

02

No retelling the story

The intake is designed so clients are not asked to retell painful experiences, to reduce the chance of triggering them.

03

Choice to continue or stop

Clients can continue or stop at any point. A pause is respected, and it is treated as a clinical signal for the named clinician.

04

Regulation skills on screen

Grounding and coping skills are shown during intake so clients have support in the moment. They support the client and do not replace clinical care.

05

Clinician oversight

Risk signals route to a named, credentialed clinician. People make the clinical decisions, not the software.

06

Responsible AI in healthcare

SAFEBRIDGE AI is designed to support clinical judgment, not replace it, with clear accountability for who reviews what.

Why SAFEBRIDGE AI matters

Four reasons we are building it this way.

Intake is where care begins, and where harm can start.

A long form that asks someone to retell their hardest experiences before they meet a clinician can re-trigger them. SAFEBRIDGE AI is designed to gather what a clinician needs without asking for the story.

Case review should start with a clearer picture.

A clinician preparing for a first session or an admission review needs what matters, organized, with the client’s own choices and pauses visible. Not pages of free text.

Risk signals need a named human.

SAFEBRIDGE AI is designed to route risk signals to a credentialed clinician, so a person is accountable for every review.

Oversight needs a record.

The platform is designed to record who reviewed a signal, what was done, and when, so a clinical director or governance reviewer can look back at it later.

Outcomes we are testing

These are the results SAFEBRIDGE AI is designed to produce. They are hypotheses for the beta to test, not results from real clients, and we will report what we find, whatever it is.

Hypothesis · Client experience

Intake without retelling the story

When clients can pause or stop at any step and use regulation skills on screen, more of them should finish intake without being asked to relive their history. What we will measure: completion, pause and stop rates, and an optional comfort rating from the client.

Hypothesis · Clinician time

A clearer picture before the first session

A structured summary ready before the first visit should cut the time clinicians spend on intake paperwork and chasing missing information. What we will measure: clinician-reported preparation time compared with the practice’s current process.

Hypothesis · Accountability

A named person for every risk alert

Routing risk signals to a named, credentialed reviewer should make it clear who reviews what, and how quickly. It is designed so that urgent care is never delayed. What we will measure: time to review and whether the action taken is documented.
